What is a proof?
A proof is a preview of what your actual order will look like, with the text and layout you have chosen. It allows you the opportunity to view your item(s) and make any applicable changes (if necessary) before it goes to print. At this time, you may order a proof of most of our products, with the exception of return address labels, gift enclosures, holiday gift tags, embroidered products, and ornaments.How soon can I see a proof of my order?
Proofs are sent via email within the estimated processing time of the item(s) you have ordered. Please refer to the Production Time listed in the table of each product page.What is your return policy?
We stand behind all our products and the vendors who supply us, and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an error is made on our part in processing your order, please e-mail customerservice@myinitialz.com immediately and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible at no charge to you.*** We strongly recommend requesting a proof of your order to verify the typesetting or layout, spelling, names, dates, locations, times and any other text. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter this information correctly when placing the order.
Once a proof has been approved, it will go to print. All custom printed products are non-returnable due to their personal nature. We thank you for understanding!
Can I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, it is important that you contact us immediately. You may cancel an order only if it has not been processed. Cancellations are not accepted once a proof has been approved and an item has gone to print.Can you suggest something clever for the wording of my invitation or announcement?

We understand that you may want to actually see and feel a product's quality before you decide to place an order. Please contact us with the item's name and SKU number that you are interested in, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.Please note that we send out a sample of the paper stock of a similar item, and not the exact design. Samples are sent at no charge via USPS mail and usually go out within 1-2 business days. We do ask that you limit your request to just a couple of samples.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payments are processed using a secure and encrypted connection through PayPal.Can I order something in a quantity that is not listed?
Outstanding service is what we would like to extend to you. Please contact us with the item name and SKU number, and we will be more than happy to do everything in our power to accommodate a special order in a quantity not listed.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Production Times are listed in the table of each product page to give you an estimate of how long it takes to process that particular item. Upon completion, your order will be shipped via the method you choose at checkout. This delivery time is in addition to the Production Time.If you request a proof, it will delay production time until you approve the order. Please note that there are different manufacturers featured in this site with different production times, which will affect an order with multiple items from those different manufacturers.
Understand that we will strive to exceed your expectations, but factors such as holiday or seasonal delays, or delivery delays, are out of our control.
We are happy to RUSH your order, if possible (charges may apply). This will speed up the production time, not the delivery time. We suggest upgrading your delivery option to 2-day Air or Next-day Air to ensure the quickest receipt of your product(s) as possible.
What are your shipping rates?
