We stand behind all our products and the vendors who supply us, and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an error is made on our part in processing your order, please e-mail customerservice@myinitialz.com immediately and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible at no charge to you.* We strongly recommend requesting a proof of your order to verify the typesetting or layout, spelling, names, dates, locations, times and any other text. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter this information correctly when placing the order. *
Once a proof has been approved, it will go to print. All custom printed products are non-returnable due to their personal nature. We thank you for understanding!

Shipping Policy
